We are seeking a Demand Generation Director to lead our strategic marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and revenue growth. This role will develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies, collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams. They will be responsible for overseeing paid campaigns, using analytics to drive decisions, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate should have expertise in marketing automation, CRM software, and data-driven decision making, along with a strong background in demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment. 

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the marketing database and overall pipeline
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners and influencers
  • Conduct market and customer research 
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend
  • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
  • Measure and report on campaign success using key metrics 
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making
  • Resolve challenges within the demand generation process

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation with a B2B SaaS organization
  • 2+ years of experience being responsible for the demand generation function at an SaaS company
  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting
  • Experience in demand generation through paid campaigns 
  • Experience managing the creation of marketing materials
  • Experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems
  • Experience communicating product offers to customers, prospects, and sales professionals
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM systems
  • Knowledge of full-funnel performance marketing and growth levers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau
