We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company. This role will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, using data and analytics to measure and improve performance. Our ideal candidate will have experience in demand generation, a deep understanding of the sales process, and strong analytical and communication skills. Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and event marketing
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to understand the target audience and develop buyer personas 
  • Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts
  • Build and maintain a robust lead scoring framework to identify and prioritize leads for sales follow-up
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and other stakeholders
  • Optimize the lead nurturing process to improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value
  • Produce high-quality marketing content that speaks to prospects’ pain points and highlights the benefits of our product offering
  • Conduct regular A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Oversee budget management and forecasting
  • Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation
  • Experience with outbound marketing and inbound lead generation
  • Experience driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns
  • Experience managing budgets 
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau
