Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop an overall digital marketing strategy and see through campaign implementation
  • Build our digital marketing roadmap
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of digital marketers
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Set digital marketing KPIs and monitor team progress, ensuring digital marketing campaign and organizational objectives are met
  • Oversee all social media accounts
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Plan and manage the budget across all digital channels and platforms 
  • Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing ROI
  • Monitor the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge
  • Forecast performance trends and act proactively to increase our marketing segment
  • Liaise with product, design, and sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in digital technologies and marketing best practices
  • Discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimize organizational productivity and effectiveness

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, digital technologies, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing a team
  • Experience working with digital agencies
  • Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights
  • Experience working with and building consensus across cross-departmental teams
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
  • Thorough knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and tools, and their best practices
  • Knowledge of web design
  • Excellent project management and team management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills skills
