We are looking for a digital marketing manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage our social media on a day-to-day basis, in addition to creating email blast campaigns to target key customers and delegating responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team. Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends, and apply this research to improve our digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain our digital presence
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess its performance and optimize the user experience
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Create, maintain, and execute an editorial calendar
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience leading and managing social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Thorough knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Knowledge of HTM, CSS; and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong project management and managerial skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with photo and video editing software
