We are looking for a results-driven marketer with a strong focus on consumer growth to join our team as our new Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of collaborating across multifunctional teams to achieve substantial expansion, as well as experience in optimizing ROI for growth and monetization across paid, owned, and earned channels. Ultimately, this role will work with executives and sales teams to ideate, plan, and deliver impactful campaigns to drive integrations, new user acquisition, repeat usage, and overall team efficiency. Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the conceptual and strategic development for all marketing activities
  • Devise and implement targeted campaigns leveraging data-driven insights and customer segmentation
  • Manage all marketing channels, including online marketing, social media, content marketing, and ad management
  • Roadmap, manage, and execute affiliate marketing partnerships
  • Identify, analyze, monitor, and report key performance indicators to assess performance, identify areas for enhancement, and evaluate the success of growth initiatives
  • Create and conduct experiments and tests to identify optimal methods for enhancing customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value
  • Discover and pursue novel customer acquisition channels
  • Establish and execute partnerships that drive growth and revenue
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to uncover potential business growth prospects and areas for expansion 
  • Stay up to date on marketing trends and strategies in the FinTech space

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in the financial services sector
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Experience managing and scaling marketing initiatives
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience building teams from the ground up
  • Experience in a complex business environment with multiple products and features catering to diverse customer needs
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Thorough knowledge of the entire end-to-end marketing funnel
  • Knowledge of experimentation stacks
  • Knowledge of HTML; CSS; and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, or NetInsight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
