We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Account Executive to join our sales department. This role will be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base and will serve as the liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to proactively address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to end. Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create detailed sales business plans
  • Set and manage sales goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Identify new sales opportunities, prospects, and leads
  • Supervise sales account representatives
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Act as the point of contact for customers and provide customer support as needed
  • Maintain thorough and updated knowledge of our product and service features and benefits
  • Provide after-sales support
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Establish best practices for the sales department
  • Monitor and present reports on sales performance analytics

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Experience with customer service
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office 
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
