The Channel Marketing Director will partner across the organization to create programs and initiatives that use front line marketing activities to drive our business diversification. Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee global consumer and commercial channel partner marketing relationships, including distributors, resellers, and retailers
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to create channel-specific marketing collateral, campaigns, and promotions
  • Develop joint marketing plans with channel partners to drive demand generation and sales
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and distributors to drive joint marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Ensure timely execution of programs 
  • Resolve highly complex administrative or operational matters across functional or organizational lines
  • Monitor channel performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI and adjust strategies as needed 
  • Develop marketing framework and programs with the channel to determine what sets the product apart from others
  • Identify data-informed short-term and long-term marketing strategies
  • Build an integrated and sustainable approach to sales enablement that equips sales teams with the right tools, content, and training
  • Develop and implement marketing materials to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales representatives and guide the team in overall design, development, and delivery of sales training and development initiatives
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams
  • Set guidelines for documentation for the department
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and performance standards for functional areas
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the sales enablement and channel marketing teams

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in a marketing or sales role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales enablement and channel strategies
  • Experience developing and implementing channel marketing and sales enablement programs, tools, and processes
  • Experience leading sales enablement, channel marketing, and sales training
  • Experience with project management in a highly matrixed and customer-centric organization 
  • Experience interpreting complex data and turning insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of industry trends, products, and the competitive landscape
  • Knowledge of the current marketing landscape and digital marketing channels
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
