We are an ever-growing global team in the fintech space, seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who is passionate about growing a new company or business line with a differentiated product offering. The CEO will work closely with the Board and other stakeholders to provide strategic leadership, as well as overseeing the development, launch, and implementation of future growth initiatives. 

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set the vision for the company and define the overall strategy from launch to scale
  • Drive growth, profitability, and company value
  • Develop and implement scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and growth
  • Build, cultivate, and manage a high-performing, agile team
  • Lead product development and business initiatives for creating disruptive products and solutions
  • Provide expert guidance to all functional areas, including operations, sales, and product
  • Align resources to achieve key business priorities
  • Proactively mitigate business, operational, and governance risks
  • Own the operational budget and manage burn rate while growing the business ahead of market disruptions 
  • Report progress on strategic priorities to the board and corporate stakeholders 
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and relationships 
  • Serve as the chief external spokesperson and public champion for the business
  • Establish credibility throughout the customer and partner network through authentic engagement

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field

Required Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience leading and scaling a high growth company 
  • Proven track record of building successful products and teams from the ground up
  • Experience in a leadership role in a fintech or technology company
  • Experience overseeing P&L responsibilities and managing budgets and resources
  • Experience developing digital products and solutions
  • Experience in digital transformation projects
  • Experience within financial services
  • Experience managing a board of directors and corporate stakeholders 
  • Experience building strong relationships across the financial services space
  • Knowledge of the fintech landscape and key competitors
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience leading a business or product vertical in the fintech space
