I have a compulsion for short fingernails. Also, I don’t like the words “moist” or “sluff.” I’m not a fan of bellybuttons either.
Right now I’m semi-obsessed with Sir Ernest Shackleton.

Pizza
When I eat something with layers (pizza, sandwich, etc.), it is hard for me to eat it as a single unit. I want to deconstruct it and eat it in its individual components!
Monica was born and raised on the Jersey Shore. After graduating from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in Geography, she spent her first two years after college traveling to Hawaii and South East Asia. Returning to New Jersey, she took on the family business in real estate – managing residential and commercial properties. As a full time realtor she sharpened her communication skills and became an expert at balancing the happiness of both clients and customers. Those skills along with her positive attitude and dedication to hard work make her an excellent recruiter.
When Monica isn’t planning her next trip, you can find her doing anything near water with her husband and two kids. Camping, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, boating, going to the beach and swimming in the ocean are some of the things you can find Monica and her family doing on their off time.
Not one place, all the places.

Stacy began her life in Iowa and just before starting school her family moved to Idaho. She received her degree in accounting and went to work in the corporate section working in the communications division. She was fortunate to work for a division manager who pushed her to do things she never thought were possible. She trained staff members, assisted project managers, coordinated specifications; making sure everything matched between the written words and construction drawings. She developed a records management and retention program for the corporation. Her desire to have her own business was always present and thanks to her partner, Don, who is always telling her to ‘jump off the cliff’ (in a good way), she did just that. Her primary focus is to identify and stop the bleeding of money leaving the accounts, put out financial fires and then diagnose what went wrong, all while working with all the human beings to implement prescribed changes in the business to stop it from happening again.
Stacy’s passion for helping people became very clear to her when she moved to West Magic, a small rural community just south of Sun Valley. She became a volunteer for the local fire district assisting in emergency preparedness and response for the County and surrounding agencies. Stacy enjoys all things in nature even being outside shoveling snow doesn’t seem to bother her. During the fall season you won’t have a problem finding her either, she will be traveling to watch her football team, Boise State Broncos.
